Privacy policy

Controller: the owner of the personal project TeTengoCalado (Spain). Purpose: run the game session and keep the room while the match lasts.

Data processed: a visible nickname for other players. Nicknames and minimal technical data for the match may be stored temporarily on the controller’s servers. No real identity or extra mandatory data is required.

Legal basis: performance of the game you request and legitimate interest in secure operation. Reactions and chat are voluntary.

Product analytics (PostHog): we may use PostHog for product analytics (events, funnels, optional session replay with masked inputs). Game sessions are associated with an anonymous player id, not your real identity. Privacy: posthog.com/privacy.

Retention: data tied to a room is kept only as long as needed for the game plus a short maintenance window (typically up to 7 days after leaving or closing the room), unless the law requires longer.

Rights: you may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability with the controller, and complain to your supervisory authority (in Spain, AEPD at www.aepd.es).

Children: the service is not intended to collect data from children under 14 on purpose.
